Waterboarding
Nobody these days claim that the "witches" of the middle ages were given a fair trial. It is obvious that they were tortured till they either confessed or died. Then why would anyone believe the argument that torture is a reliable way of interrogating suspected terrorists?

I couldn't agree more. And as far as I know no useful information has come out of guantanamo bay at all during all these years of flagrant abuse of human rights.
