Mud, mud, glorious mud! We (Joanna and I) got a mud treatment, while Urzsula and Isabel had a face treatment and a hand massage. What luxury creatures we are. This day at the spa was our birthday present for Joanna, and I am happy that we all came along to keep her company and enjoy the mud too. :o)

Obama is an idealist and I like his ideals. McCain is indeed a "maverick", but in the negative sense of the word - from the behaviour he is exhibiting I just do not trust him.
